what a blog slacker I am..... I did some blog hopping the other day... but then went back to the game RUNESCAPE.....whoo hooo I'm now....nearly level 50 .. the kids and I talk RUNESCAPE.... while Mark sits and rolls his eyes.. lmao.

Going to Melb today for a b'day....then the kids are back at school tomorrow.

oh yeah... I scored some gooooood bargains today....

Went to the 'Quicksilver' sale .....the boys got 2 pairs of jeans each a top each Dave got a jumper and a pair of shoes.Em got a skirt, shorts bag and belt.....all for $180. Mind you.... we were there for 5 freaking hours !!!! standing in the queue to get in.... from 9am....standing in the queue to get out....and finally we went to maccas to eat....at 2pm OMG we are stuffed

Heading to Avoca tomorrow , nothing much else happening...

camping

it went well.. the weather was great...the kids were in the river most of the time...other than sitting by the river... we sat near the camp fire... or round the table.... and ate and ate and ate....ohh and drank lol...

I could handle going again ....I like the idea of those shower thingys...fill up the bag and hang it...its got a hose and a little tiny shower head on it...

Mark got in the tube... it was so funny... he nearly fell out of it as soon as he got in it.. he got dumped around the corner and got back in with some help.. :)

oh and I got sunburned again.... on my chest...and my face.... for some reason the sun goes straight for my nose..... why....and my lips.. and sort of blistery too.

We are heading out for tea tonight with some other friends....

Tomorrow we are going to melb to pick up one of Ems friends ....she's only staying for 1 night...(well we'll see)

Today we are madly getting ready to head off camping ..... we are leaving in the morning... also have to make sure the place is neat....for Karyn to come 'round to feed the animals....

Woke up with a sore throat this morning too...bleah.. I think I"m going to need easing into the camping thing..... thank goodness we are only going for 2 nights ...its a start....huh.

It would have been Dads 8oth birthday yesterday (I've blured out surnames and middle names for privacy.....neve know who's a lookin' )

It was a cold....windy day standing down where the trees are....brrrr..luckily the rain had stopped for a bit so we could visit.

Lots of rain here.... our tank is almost full ....yay !!

I just had too... I bought some of those...cute alpha chips by...Scenic Route.

The orange tile with the purple flower is Be's.

The round chip with blue pp, pink and green flowers is Megans.

The puzzle piece (which I'm not sure if I've done upside down or not) is Melissa B's.

I got some orange Scenic Route alphas the other day from Sam.....I've used some on one LO...and I'm in the middle of doing another LO now... with them...they are so cute...I've asked Ange to put some away for me too...can't remember what colours though.

I have to do a few more of my own.... and now just wait for the others to start arriving home..... :)

I wrote another email in regards to the circle journals we had going manths an months ago.... it's come to a bit of a stand still.... I'm hanging out to get mine back...and I'm sure I still have some to work on..
I don't think I'll be joining another circle journal again in a great hurry....it's taking too long.

oohh I must post ont the books from the book circle too norty me...the next book I should be getting is 'Emma'...I bet its huge..
I'm reading 'a year of wonders' at the moment....slowly... :)

Today we are off to my nieces place ...for birthday celebrations plus a house warming.... I have a few bits and pieces from Ikea and cd for Jarrod and pkt of gluten free cookie dough for Jess...lmao...she'll love it..

Wow how fast did the weekend go..!! Saturday especially... we went to Melb and the day just went so fast....it was 9pm before we knew it....

The kids have all been playing around on the guitars.. I had a bit of a turn....too...we've decided not to let Mark near them though 'cos he starts singing....and he thinks he's a guitarist....from a band. NOT GOOD lol.

I finally finished my sisters keeper.... and tried to get into 'red leaves' ...just can't get into it.

Still reading my sisters keeper... I"m half way through it ...which is amzaing for me !!

We are being norty.... shhhh Davids school shirts cost... around $40 .... and then after a few weeks he comes home with them all stained... in either dye, paint, texta or just the dirt from the oval.....you can soak and scrub.... but it just don't come out...... of .....WHITE.....so.... after talking to a friend about it she tells me that her son just wears the shirts from Kmart.....so ....I went yesterday to pick one up....$10 !!!!! you beauty.....

Really need to get my ass into gear and get eric to look at high schools for next year....and numerous other things I need to do for david..

I can't think whether I've said I finally finished 'to kill a mockingbird'... and now I'm reading 'My sisters keeper'...wow what a book... I'm about 1/3 of the way through...its a good read...sad.....certainly makes you think.

We now have a water cooler.... our friends bought a new fridge....one that has the running water and ice....so they had no room for the water cooler...and gave it to us with a bottle of water too... I've been wanting to get one of these ...yay..

I'm listening to Robbie atm...hence the 'hot fudge' title... I always have a bit of trouble thinking of titles...

Went to Avoca yesterday... to see S&G's new house..... had a late tea...and some drinks...when Mark gets a messege saying that one of his work mates had just died... ..the guys nephew was cvery upset on the phone...asking Mark to come and see him..... we were like 3+ hours away...and had been drinking... still waiting for more details on this...so far we've heard 2 stories....
