Finally got some photos of the caravan. The first is to your left as you walk in the door (there used to be a table here, which lowered and you made it into a bed) Mark has made slats that fit in here and the cushions are used as the matress as before.

the second shot is where the fridge and sink used to be.Mark made the shelving and then Daves tv unit and cd rack and a heater were put in.The third photo is where 2 single beds used to be Mark made a queen size frame ..we bought a new matress and bedding

The blue cushion covers and curtains were made by one of our friends..The walls are painted in Mocha Magic (which in some light looks grey)

Arms, teeth and feasting

Eric has his cast off and looks like his arm has healed well...the doctor did say if there is any pain to come straight back...so far so good.. :)

I'm working on a new banner for my blog ATM...which I'm also going to turn into a page for my BoM... A few people have done new banners lately and I love Ngaires new banner ...which prompted me to do mine.

I went to the dentist and picked up a script for some antis which seem to be working the pain is less blinding...mind you I have been taking nur**en plus...which makes me want to sleep and after taking 2 last night while at a friends for tea...and having 1 cruiser...I was feeling pretty mellow...lol

Got some photos developed yesterday ..some are to be used for my ATC's..one for a LO that I started awhile ago and have been waiting to get this photo done so now I can finish it..yay.

Anyways today I'm off to look at pc tablets and a small chest freezer.

There are 5 of us..I wash almost every day, if not every 2nd day... I wait till I have a full load or nearlly a full load.. (water restrictions aplpy) I was light colours togther, darks together, and then a load of towels, sheets/doona covers are washed as a seperate load too, tea towels I like to wash in hot water with a bit of pine o clean & detergent (something I picked up from mum)

Just read this...on cats in heat...I think I'm going to vomit.

Sofi has returned much to her disgust...I've just been reading up...on what a cat goes through while its in heat....and if I'd have realized how much discomfort it was going to cause for her and the sleep that we are losing due to a certain very nice looking male cat circling our house....meowing at every window all night... and OMG the neighbours...what must they think..

So now my question is....if she does become pregnant....how long after she gives birth do we wait to get her desexed....and how long after giving birth will she go into heat again?
Cancel those quetions....I just googled and found that she can go into heat again 3 weeks after giving birth....and we can't get her desexed until the kittens are weaned....so as cute as the wittle kittens would have been I say "NO KITTY, NO SEX FOR YOU" It would have been an experience for the kids to see ....but I'm not prepared to go through all this mating crap again....

Our kittty it seems has done a runner...she's been on heat...(yes I should have got her spayed) ...I'm slack (smack smack).. she's been gone for a whole day now... I've got a

scrap room (I'm not in there yet it needs painting)....this was Erics room...who is now in Davids room...who is now in the caravan in the backyard...

I'm finding it a little strange...him being out there..especially the other night it was pouring with rain and sooo windy... I stood at our back door looking down at the caravan... it was very sad...lol

We've just gone looking at a Queen size bed that we've been offered for Emily...$100 (2nd hand) but its in really good nick...and we know the people we are buying it from....its a 4 post cast iron one and they are even giving us PINK curtains to go with it..!

Eric has Daves old double bed which isn't even 12mths old so he's happy.

Now all I have to do is buy Em a bigger doona and doona cover....geez...

Erics arm is broken AGAIN *sigh*...it's just a small break this time but so as to protect it... it's in a full cast... The doctors didn't want him to fall or bang it and then have to come in for and opperation to have it pinned... so its a 4 week wait now till we go back to the fracture clinic.. so he misses out on the last 2 games and round robin at footy...he's spewin'.

I'm thinking maybe his diet needs modifying ... adding more protein and calcium for his bones...??? He's had 3 broken arms in 4 years. !!

The caravan Mark has been working on for David is now in the back yard...it went in quicker than what I'd imagined ....they only had to remove 2 of the plants from next door and one section of the fence....the rain held up them up a little.
This is it coming in to our back yard ...through out neighbours back yard..... Thanks T & L... the dirt patch...is from where a tin shed was sitting...the pavers from that will be used to make a path to the carvan from the back porch.

We went to see Mark Seymour yesterday..... took the 3 kids....and they loved it.

Wasn't too packed .... just nice...I took my cameras... the digi was shit for taking pics there...and have yet to put my film in, to get developed.

In between some songs...Mark has a bit of a chat...which is nice... anyways... he's chatting away and a woman on the table beside us.... yells out 'yeah...yeah...just shut up and keep singing'.... why do some people bother coming ....honestly !!!!

Then I'm moving around taking photos....and this woman right beside me yells out....'play patriot games'.....the look on Marks face.... ...he did not look impressed... I'm going....'it wasn't me ...it wasn't me'

Dreams....

Had a weird dream just before I woke this morning.... I dreamt that Linda (my eldest sister) told me that Dad didn't really die 8 years ago... but died just a few days ago...
Odd that it is just after Mum has been gone a year... Could this mean that he's been reincarnated?.... I think I believe in reincarnation.... but at the same time....I like the thought of when we die...we are reunited with out loved ones that died before us...its a comforting thought.

Last night the boys... both stayed at mates places...and Em had 2 friends over...I think girls are a lot more work than boys...and NOISY omg....the giggling and squealing......

Tonight Mark was late getting home.....he'd been to work for a meeting..then called into his mum and dads...... little did I know he was bringing a surprise home.....

A new telly.... an LG 50 " plasma... now we need a new thingy to sit it on.

Today is the 5th anniversary of my nephew passing away...time goes so fast doesn' t it.. and on Saturday...Mum will have been gone for a year already where the heck does the time go???

I was talking to Erics football coach and the team manager ( good friends of ours) the other day... they were telling me about a fight that broke out on the other oval... between two fathers..... one father....(lets call him 'Moron') called out to his son....something like 'takle the faggot' or 'get the faggot'....yes....he yelled that out at an under 12's match....well the father (lets call him 'Good'O') of the boy whom he called a faggot went and confronted him.
Then it turned into a yelling and pushing match between 'Moron' and 'Good'O'

Its a kids game, they are there for fun..... they certainly don't need to be called disgusting names ... this 'Moron' father should be banned from the oval...I think

I think I might join the football committee...and see what can be done about this crap... I don't understand football myself...but I do help out on the committe if I can...like Pie Night... etc...

This just makes my blood boil.......grrrrrrrrrr

For my birthday I got some cash....a lovely pink (dark rose) cardigan from Rockmans and some chocolate and 2 bunches of flowers... I've been out to spend some cash already...yes I spent it on scrap stuff...lol..but good scrap stuff.. got one of the 7 gypsies self inking stamps...some lovey rubons, paper oh and glue....I'm sure someone eats the glue around here.

I asked a question on a cooking website about shepherds pie and said something like shepherds pie was made with lamb mince....boy was that WRONG thing to do....I got 2.....not just 1 full page lectures about how 'real' shepherds pie IS still made with lamb mince.....and the shepherds pie I refer to is not shepherds pie but something else entirely...lol ....I will continue to make SHEPHERDS PIE the way I have been shown how to make it and I will continue to call it SHEPHERDS PIE.....yes indeedy...

The kids are back safe and sound after their trip into Melbourne on Monday.....arriving there just after it went into shut down after the shooting...boy there would have been some tense parents back here on that day...!!!

I've just been cleaning Em's room again..god that girl keeps some crap in her room...lol....it'll look so much better once we get the new drawers in there... just have to find the baskets....and the time for Mark to build the frame.

We get a carvan delivered on Tuesday for David to sleep in... (pulling my sad face here) he's keen to go into it...when it's ready... its one of those old silver ones... but its in really good nick and for $200 ...who can complain...its going to need renovating inside...but should look ok once its done.

We've been offered a free double bed for Eric..just have to find the room in his room for it...lol..

Mark sold his bike ...got what he was asking for it...and he thinks he should have his new one by Wednesday....he seems dead set on it coming in the house to live at least for awhile ...till we get the garage sorted. ..it is sooo full of crap..and other stuff you can't swing a cat in it. (not that I'd swing a cat, I love my cat)
